It seems like far too long since we launched our last template. Well, that's because it definitely has been. The fog, however, has lifted and we're back full steam ahead, starting off with a brand new Minimal Weebly theme called "Gecko"

The past few months have been quite rocky for the team at Webfire Themes. The Weebly 4 update by Weebly has forced us to do a full rethink about how we develop themes, and how we run our business. If you've ever used our themes before or worked with us in the past you'll know we're an honest company and not afraid to give an real explanation of what's happening in our business, as we believe transparency will always pay off in the long run.

In truth, this theme was ready to go about a month after Weebly 4 was released, however due to some major bugs in the shiny new functionality of Weebly 4, we were not prepared to release Gecko (or any other themes for that matter) until we could make full use of these features and release a perfect theme.

So... please let us apologies now for the lack of new themes recently. That's about to change in a big way.

A little more about Gecko

Gecko is a brand new Minimal Weebly theme. We've been looking closely at some of the latest web design trends recently and what we're noticing is the flashy and busy websites with all the bells and whistles is going out of fashion for clean lines, bold text and a minimalist layout.

Gecko brings you this, without losing the great custom aspects we bring to all of our themes.

What does Gecko offer?

Gecko is a "hybrid" theme. where you can instantly switch between a traditional multi-menu website or a more modern single page scrolling website. This is all done via the theme options. 

We have also designed a stunning homepage layout to use if you're creating a single page website (you can also use it for your multi page layout if you wish). This header comes pre-built with an image carousel and testimonial scroller.

We've made Gecko to be multi purpose, you can literally use it for any type of website.
